Tapas "Almost Famous" Salad Dressing
I stumbled over this confection in the late sixties during the opening of my first restaurant. It has travelled well over the years and aside from being great on greens, it's terrific tossed with chilled pasta, legumes or a marinade for anything you might put on the grill. Mix the dressing equally with butter, dry sherry and a little too much fresh garlic and enjoy the best scampi butter you ever tasted!
